Every Octonous account starts with a Personal workspace, created automatically at signup. It's just for you: no teammates, no shared apps, no invites.
When you want to work with other people, you create a Team workspace. A team workspace is a shared space for your members, connected apps, automations, and a pooled monthly budget. Everyone in it works from the same set of app connections, and you control who has access to what.
Personal vs. Team at a glance:
Personal: just you, uses your own connected accounts, can't be deleted.
Team: multiple members, shared app connections, shared monthly budget, managed by an Owner
Switching between workspaces: The workspace switcher is at the top of the left sidebar. Your personal workspace is always at the top. Team workspaces you own or belong to appear below it. Click one to switch.
When you switch, the agent uses the credentials for that workspace.
