The briefing pulls a snapshot from each of your connected apps and surfaces the things most likely to need your attention: unread emails, today's calendar events, open GitHub issues, Slack mentions, Jira tickets, and more. It's all in one place, without you having to open a single app.
The briefing is currently in early access and may not be available on all plans yet.
What the briefing shows
Each connected app appears as a card. The default view for each app is:
Gmail: unread emails from today
Google Calendar: today's events
Slack: unread messages
GitHub: assigned issues and notifications
Linear: issues assigned to you
Microsoft Outlook: unread emails
Microsoft Teams: recent chats
Atlassian Jira: issues assigned to you
Notion: recently updated pages
Trello: cards assigned to you
HubSpot: open deals
Salesforce: open opportunities
Customizing your feeds
Each app offers several feeds you can choose between. For example, Gmail can show unread today, important and unread, starred, unsent drafts, or emails awaiting a reply. Google Calendar can show today's events, tomorrow's events, events awaiting your RSVP, or 1:1 meetings today.
To change which feeds appear, open the feed picker in the briefing view and select the ones you want. Each feed renders as its own card.
Multiple accounts
If you have more than one account connected for the same app (for example, two Gmail accounts), each account's data appears separately in the briefing, labelled so you can tell which is which.
Refreshing the briefing
The briefing is cached for up to 3 hours. To force a fresh pull from all your apps, click Refresh at the top of the briefing view.
