If you have a work and personal Gmail, or two different Notion accounts, you can connect them both and switch between them.
How to connect a second account:
Go to App Connections
Find the integration where you already have one account connected
Click Connect again and sign in with a different account
Both accounts now appear under that integration
You can label them for more clarity.
In a conversation: Octonous shows which account it's using when it takes an action. Switch from the approval card.
In an automation: Specify which account to use in the instructions, or set a default in App Connections.
Disconnecting one account: Go to App Connections, find the integration, and choose which account to disconnect. It doesn't affect the others.
