The chat is where you tell Octonous what to do and it gets it done. No special commands, no syntax. Write as you would to a colleague.
What happens when you send a message:
For read-only tasks (looking up emails, reading a document, checking your calendar), Octonous proceeds and shows you the result directly.
For actions that create, send, or modify something, it shows you an approval card and waits for your confirmation before acting.
Preview mode:
Click Preview in the chat composer instead of send. Read-only steps run normally. Side-effecting steps are shown as a plan without being executed. Useful for double-checking a complex task before committing.
Multiple conversations:
Start a new conversation for a different project, a different client, or a different kind of task. Each conversation is independent and maintains its own context.
Conversations are saved:
Every conversation is stored in your sidebar. Come back to it, continue it, or rename it. Conversations are encrypted at rest and only visible to you.
